We provide psychiatric and counseling services to Child&Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric age populations. Your first meeting is an opportunity to review history, clarify symptoms, and identify goals. If you are seeking a second medical opinion, we will provide you with our psychiatric assessment and recommendations, or if mutually agreed, a formal treatment relationship may be initiated. Care plans are individualized, built collaboratively, and typically include a combination of medical interventions, medications, psychological counseling/therapy, and education.

Medication Management
Psychiatrists are physicians who specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. They typically work collaboratively with primary care professionals, advanced practice nurses, and patients to assess medical and mental health-related needs and to prescribe medications, when indicated, as part of a comprehensive care plan. Mental health disorders may include symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleep disruption, mind racing, irritability, decreased focus, intrusive thoughts, traumatic recollections, compulsions, psychosis, and/or disordered substance use.

Our clinicians and therapists employ a variety of evidence-based treatments to include supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and family therapy.
