If you prefer, you may also request your current psychiatrist, therapist, or primary care doctor fax a referral (803) 746-7902 and we will contact you. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call (843) 414-2350 (locally) to get immediate (24/7) mental health support or call 911/go to your nearest emergency facility for care.
